Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at BareSecret. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

BareSecret is operated by AAMP INTERNATIONAL L.L.C-FZ, a licensed company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


1. Where We Deliver

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • For international orders, please contact us at support@baresecret.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed and dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Fridays/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


3. Delivery Time Within UAE

  • Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

  • During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.


4. Shipping Fees (UAE)

  • Free Shipping for orders of AED 100 or more.

  • For orders below AED 100, a flat shipping fee of AED 18 will apply.

Any shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for eligible addresses within the UAE.

  • The courier may contact you before delivery to confirm your location and availability.

  • Please ensure you have the correct amount ready at the time of delivery.

If a COD order is refused or not accepted without a valid reason, we may limit COD options for future orders.


6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you are outside the UAE and wish to order from BareSecret:

  • Please email us at support@baresecret.com with your country and the products you want.

  • We will confirm whether we can ship to your location and provide an estimated shipping fee and delivery time.

  • All customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

(If you do not offer international shipping at all, you can instead write:

“At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only deliver within the UAE.”)


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link from us or the courier.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us.


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please make sure your address, phone number, and building details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, additional re-delivery charges may apply.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@baresecret.com  with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refunds Policy.
