1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is broken, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at our expense.

How to Report: Please email support@baresecret.com immediately.

Required Info: You must include your Order Number and Photo Proof of the damage or wrong item.

Process: Once our team verifies the issue, we will book the return shipment for you. You do not need to pay for return shipping in these cases.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for unworn, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Dubai facility.

Process: Email us to request a Return Authorization. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Refund Method & Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid via COD, we cannot refund cash. Instead, we will perform a Bank Transfer.

Requirement: You must provide a valid UAE Bank Account number (IBAN) to our support team.
